Warranty & ReturnsReturn & RefundsAll returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # ( RMA # ) within 7(seven) days after we received your demand for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will be considered as damaged and/or accepted by the customer. RMA # is valid for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
Warranty
The limited warranty was applied to the product bought from Screenaid.com, 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer. Otherwise Screenaid.com will either exchange or repair at our sole discretion within the first 30 days.The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects.
Received a Wrong ItemIf you received a wrong screen, you has seven (7) days to request a RMA# on receipt of the item. The screen you received should be returned in intact condition, Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 50% of the price of the product to full price. We will reship the right item to you as soon as possbile after we restored the wrong item beforehand. If urgent, we will reship in view of tracking number. Bought a Wrong Item
If you bought a wrong item, then you should contact us within 7 days on receipt of the item. For products exchange, you are obligatory for return shipping fee, reshipping fee and price difference between the original item and the exchange item. For refund, you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in intact condition other miscellaneous accessories will be requireed to come along if need. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 50% of the price of the product as compensaitons if need once it has been confirmed by our technician.
Lost ItemAn item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US only. In general, the new item will be reshipped to customers as soon as possible since then, We will offer customers our best solution on this matter if this item was not covered in order to such case, cover insurance will influence our processing. However, to international orders, processing of clearance in Customs may more cause delay so that we will extend period to confirm lost. International ReturnsAs for international order, you should contact us to confirm the item you want to buy compatibly before purchase. You are responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damages during returning transit. Refund only for item price of related order, excluding shipping and insurance fees if any Screenaid.com is not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of your local government as well as other handling fees. All shipping costs is non-refundable unless agreed by Screenaid.com. 20% restocking fee is required if shipment is refused at time of delivering the goods.
