ScreenAid’s 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or ScreenAid will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownershiip only. After 30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. ScreenAid will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance, to exchange a defective product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse for return or change a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approvall issued by Screenaid.com.

Wrong screen shipped/ordered
If the Buyer receives a screen different from the screen that the Buyer ordered, the Buyer has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a tracking number. The Buyer must return the screen in original condition. Scratches on the screen surface may cause a fee of $25.
If the Buyer ordered a screen that is not compatible on your own laptop. The buyer has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request return or exchange screen. For return product, the Buyer will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The screen must be returned in original condition. Scratches on the screen surface may cause a fee of $25.
